It's been way too long

So much has happened since I last posted.  I have lost 25 lbs.  Feeling stronger and better.  My kids have grown so much.  My oldest, Austen is now 18 years old.  I can't believe that I am the parent of an adult.  Weird!  Sienna is now 2 years old.  Jordan is 4 years old.  Kiera is almost 7 years old and Maya is 8 years old.  Sam and I will celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary in June.  I have changed a lot of my eating habits.  I still have some treats.  I will post more later.
