Someone posted this was their lunch on WW. It sounds great. I am going to try it soon.
WW Lunch
1/2 cup white rice
1/2 cup refried fat-free black beans
1/2 an onion
1/2 a bell pepper sauteed in 2 tsp olive oil
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 small tomato
1/3 cup low-fat shredded cheese
and 2 Tbsp light sour cream.
